Residential plans will be up for approval today for 130 Market Place in San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The plans have been significantly reduced due to public pressure, adding just 44 residences instead of the initial 284-unit proposal. KTGY Architects is responsible for the design.
New plans have been filed for a Bay Trail pedestrian bridge connecting the Potrero Power Station site with Warm Water Cove Park at 401 23rd Street, along the waterfront in Dogpatch, San Francisco. The plans designed by Groundworks Office will connect the mixed-use proposal with a small warehouse owned by Harrigan Weidenmuller Real Estate leased to Amazon. The plan will extend the ambitious waterfront trail envisioned by the Association of Bay Area Governments and Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
Greystar will request a first-time extension today for the approved architectural review of Parcels 20 and 27 within the Tasman East Specific Plan in Santa Clara. The plans include 371 rental units at 2225 Calle De Luna and 2232 Calle Del Mundo. The request will be made during the city’s Development Review Hearing, scheduled to start at 3 PM today.
The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to review the site development permits proposal for the redevelopment of the former Fry’s Electronics property at 550 East Brokaw Road in North San Jose, Santa Clara County. The project would reshape a 19.7-acre property occupied by the box store and surface parking with almost two million square feet of office space and a public park. Bay West Development is responsible for the proposal, with architectural design by Gensler.
New plans have been filed for a six-story residential infill at 3030 Telegraph Avenue in South Berkeley, Alameda County. The proposal will replace some low-slung structures and four vacant residences with 174 new apartments. Riaz Capital is the project owner and developer.
