Meeting Today for 1200-1340 Old Bayshore Highway, Burlingame

The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans today for a multi-structure life sciences/office campus at 1200-1340 Old Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The Peninsula Crossing proposal will create over 1.4 million square feet of commercial space and two ten-story garages. DivcoWest and Woodstock Development are jointly responsible for the project developer.

New Renderings for 1200-1340 Bayshore Highway, Burlingame, San Mateo County

New renderings have been revealed ahead of today’s meeting for Peninsula Crossing, a multi-structure development at 1200-1340 Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The city’s Planning Commission will conduct a design review study for the laboratory research complex with two garages and new improvements to the San Francisco Bay Trail. The development is being sponsored by project developer DivcoWest.

Plans Filed for New San Francisco Bay Trail Pedestrian Bridge

New plans have been filed for a Bay Trail pedestrian bridge connecting the Potrero Power Station site with Warm Water Cove Park at 401 23rd Street, along the waterfront in Dogpatch, San Francisco. The plans designed by Groundworks Office will connect the mixed-use proposal with a small warehouse owned by Harrigan Weidenmuller Real Estate leased to Amazon. The plan will extend the ambitious waterfront trail envisioned by the Association of Bay Area Governments and Metropolitan Transportation Commission.

Office Approved At 777 Airport Boulevard, Burlingame, San Mateo County

A new office project has been approved for construction at 777 Airport Boulevard in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project proposal includes the development of a 13 story office tower. Demolition will be required for the existing five-story Red Roof PLUS hotel and the attached Leann’s cafe. San Francisco-based real estate firm Lincoln Property Company is the project developer. The project is designed by Gensler. Petersen Studio is the landscape architect.
