Updated plans have been filed for 910 Marshall Street in Redwood City, San Mateo County. New renderings have been published for a proposal seeking to add over two hundred senior living units in a 21-story tower, the potential third-tallest building in the county. Palo Alto-based R+M Properties is the project client.
Revised plans have been filed for a shorter 21-story senior housing tower at 910 Marshall Street and 1800 Broadway in the heart of Redwood City, San Mateo County. The development is still poised to redefine the county seat’s skyline, though sizably reduced from the previous 345-foot-tall iteration withdrawn earlier this year. R&M Properties is the project developer.
The California State Association of Counties has decided to renovate its building located at 1100 K Street in Sacramento’s Downtown area. The main modification will be the addition of an upper sixth floor to the building and a top-story roof deck. The project will also include some interior renovations to the existing floors.
City Council has granted approval for the six-story commercial office building at 901 El Camino Real in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The move comes two and a half years after the first public meeting for the Caltrain-adjacent redevelopment. JP Morgan, Kenson Ventures, and Minkoff Group are jointly responsible for the development.
Formal permits have been filed for a 17-story high-density infill project at 550 O’Farrell Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The application could bring 140 apartments, including 16 units of affordable housing, a block and a half from the tallest hotel in the city. HGA is responsible for the application and design.
