Residential developer, SummerHill Housing Group, is managing the project. Hunt Hale Jones and KTGY Architects are responsible for design concept and construction.

Just over three months after permits were originally filed, the city of Dublin has approved the construction for a new batch of single-family houses in the Knolls at Tassajara Hills in Dublin, Alameda County. Nineteen permits were approved and issued along Delamar Drive and Lembert Hills Drive. Toll Brothers is responsible for the 258-unit development.
Permits were filed to rezone and demolition three existing commercial structures at 4300 Stevens Creek Boulevard in the West Valley neighborhood of San Jose. The project proposed to add four buildings, three of which contain 637 apartments, of which 230 will be affordable. KTGY Architects have filed preliminary planning permits for a new seven-story residential building at 905 North Capitol Avenue in Alum Rock, San Jose. The project will provide a significant residential addition to an area with existing mid-density projects, public transit, and large retail shops nearby.
