The City of Sunnyvale Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for a mixed-use development at 1154 and 1170 Sonora Court in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The buildings will create nearly three hundred homes and office space directly across from Caltrian’s Lawrence Station. SKS Partners and A&F Properties are joint developers.
Lawrence Station Area Plan
Preliminary plans have been filed for a townhome development at 3450 Central Expressway in the Lawrence Station Area Plan in Santa Clara. The proposal would replace a low-slung commercial office structure next to Summerhill Homes’ dense residential neighborhood, Nuevo. The project applicant is not specified.
The Sunnyvale Planning Commission has recommended approval for plans to replace surface parking next to a two-story office complex with housing at 1150 Kifer Road by Lawrence Station. The eight-story proposal will add over two hundred apartments to a growing hub in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara along Kifer Road and around the Lawrence Caltrain Station. Prometheus Real Estate Group is the project applicant.
New renderings have been published for a seven-story apartment complex to rise at 1202 Kifer Road in Sunnyvale. The project was released for a study session meeting earlier this week, with the project located in the heart of the burgeoning Lawrence Station Area Plan in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara. Pacific General Construction is responsible for the application.
Concrete and steel structures are rising between Kifer Road and the Caltrain tracks at 950 Kifer Road in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The development is set to become the new headquarters for Intuitive, a medical technology firm. London-based Foster + Partners is the project architect.
