Waterfront Laboratory Proposed for Alameda Shipways Site

SteelWave has proposed a 144,500 square foot development on the Alameda-Oakland Estuary waterfront to be used for laboratory and life sciences. The project is located on the old Alameda Shipways site that has sat vacant for years. The plan replaces a previous residential project proposed by SteelWave in 2018 on the same site. The new project will be designed by MBH Architects.

Meeting Scheduled for 700 Indiana Street, Dogpatch, San Francisco

A laboratory project proposed for development at 700 Indiana Street in Dogpatch, San Francisco is moving forward in the application process. The project proposal includes the development of a a new three-story non-life science, laboratory building. The project call for the demolition of an existing one-story 15,000 square-foot warehouse building. Dewey Land Company is the project developer. MBH Architects is responsible for the designs.
