Renderings have been published for the 460 24th Street project in Northgate-Waverly, Oakland. The development will create two structures: a six-story office building with retail and a low-slung retail space for local artists made from salvaged shipping containers. Signature Development Group, or SDG, is responsible for the project.
New building permits have been filed for the four-story residential infill at 2400 Adeline Street in McClymonds, West Oakland. The permits come with a design update by KTGY, the project architect, and the loss of one unit, now proposing to build 28 homes. Signature Development Group is the developer.

The request would expand the development’s residential capacity to hold 3,700 apartments, with over a hundred more boat slips. Oakland-based Signature Development Group is developing the project, with joint financing from Signature, Zarsion Holdings Group, and Reynolds & Brown.

The waterfront mixed-use development is expected to create 3,700 new homes across twelve buildings alongside new shops, a grocery store, and 30 acres of landscaped open space. Oakland-based Signature Development Group is the overall project developer.
Construction has wrapped up on the new mixed-use building at 2455 Broadway in Uptown Oakland. The project has created 72 new apartments and a 168-guestroom hotel managed by Hyatt. The residential portion is dubbed the Monograph at Kissel, with the hotel, run by Hyatt, named Kissel Uptown Oakland. BAR Architects is responsible for the design, which integrates a historic structure into the new art-deco project.
