Google’s North Bayshore Campus Approved In Mountain View, Santa Clara County

Santa Clara City Planning Commission has granted approval mixed-use development proposed by Google in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale property lot with thousands of residences, open space, public spaces, and office spaces. The site is occupied by 69 buildings. Demolition will be required for all but one of the existing structures.

Construction Underway for 777 West Middlefield Road, Mountain View

Construction has nearly topped out for the three five-story structures at 777 West Middlefield in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The infill is creating 716 apartments, though required the demolition of 208 rent-stabilized units in Village Lakes. DigitalBridge, formerly known as Colony Capital and founded by Trump donor Tom Barrack, is responsible for the development via Miramar Capital.

Residences @ Shoreline Gateway Tops Out in Mountain View

The Residences @ Shoreline Gateway development has topped out at 1001 North Shoreline Boulevard in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The three-structure project is the second construction phase, creating over three hundred homes between Google’s headquarters and the Mountain View Caltrain. Sares Regis is the developer, working for Lighthouse Real Estate Investments.
