The massing for the building is lower along Main Street and gradually steps up four stories along Walnut Street. The project will offer office space for various corporates.

The development will include five structures, the tallest rising three floors. Skanska USA Building Inc is the contractor, while the property owner is the County of San Mateo. Construction is estimated to cost over $100 million.
