Nazareth Enterprises is the property owner, an investment firm operating through Nazareth Vista LLC.
A new mixed use project in San Mateo took another step forward with the release of a CEQA notice of determination earlier this week. The project located at 435 East 3rd Avenue would construct at 39,893 square foot building brining both housing and office space to the area. Developers at MECHA Ventures are collaborating with architects ARC TEC on the project.
