The Menlo Park Planning Commission has approved four architectural plans for Meta’s Willow Village in San Mateo County. The city reviewed Safdie Architect’s glass-domed meeting and collaboration space, the town square, the office campus, and two apartment buildings. Facebook’s parent company is working with Signature Development Group in a joint venture called the Peninsula Innovation Partners.
New renderings have been published for a five-story affordable housing infill at 555 Kelly Avenue in Half Moon Bay, San Mateo County. The project will replace a single-story structure and parking with 40 homes and new space for ALAS, a Latino-centered nonprofit organization providing the Coastside community with cultural and social services. ALAS and Mercy Housing are jointly responsible for the application.
Updated plans will be reviewed during a public meeting for the four-story residential infill at 123-135 Primrose Road in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project will replace a single-story home and surface parking across from a grocery store and near Burlingame Avenue with 14 homes. Kai Development Corporation, led by a Burlingame resident, is listed as the property owner.
New details will be reviewed tomorrow for the $1.3 billion development at 800 Dubuque Avenue in South San Francisco, San Mateo County. The South City Planning Commission will review the updated design for the Office and R&D project bound between Caltrain tracks and U.S. 101. IQHQ, the same trust behind the nearby 580 Dubuque Avenue, is the project developer.
The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for two eight-story commercial development at 620 Airport Boulevard along the waterfront of Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project would reshape the nearly four-acre property with new office or R&D space surrounded by public landscaping. Boca Lake Office, linked with San Francisco-based developer Lawrence Lui and Vassar Properties, is the property owner.
