The city’s Planning Commission is scheduled to review the plans this coming Monday, which has been reduced from 19 rentals to eight condominiums. ZSD Architects is responsible for the design.

Both 1154 and 1170 Sonora Court will rise seven stories tall with nearly three hundred new rental apartments above commercial office space. SKS Partners is the project applicant, sponsoring the owner, A&F Properties.

The project demolished one low-rise commercial building on the site and will renovate another on the easterly portion of the existing Fremont Corners shopping center. San Ramon-based True Life Companies is responsible for the development.
