Permits have been filed for new residencies at 289-299 Castro Street in Duboce Triangle, San Francisco. The site is between 16th street and Beaver Street. MUNI’s light rail is one block away at the Castro station.
Renderings have shown the 30-story tower expected to rise at 605 South 2nd Street in Downtown San Jose. The infill high rise will significantly contribute to the city skyline, as it would be just eight feet shorter than the tallest structure, MIRO. The sky-high structure will yield roughly 300,000 square feet split between residential and parking. Anderson Architects Inc. is responsible for the design.
Permits have been filed for six three-story residential buildings around 2570 3rd Street in the Northern corner of the Upper Land Park neighborhood, Sacramento. If approved, these permits will add 216 new units to the area. This will be a part of the final phase of Mill at Broadway, a development by Bardis Homes.

The site is along a winding road on a small mountain. Nearby transit access is offered to MUNI Light Rail via the station at Carl Street and Cole Street.
Spartan heights, the proposed twenty-three story dormitory tower at 117 North 5th Street in Downtown San Jose is making its way through the city government. This month, the city moved to rezone the lot from CG commercial general zoning to the downtown primary commercial zoning district. The dormitory tower is slated to be built one block from MIRO, the city’s current tallest structure. The developers, Republic Urban, are hoping to capture housing demand from San Jose State University.
