Construction work is on the third floor for 4840 Mission Street, a fully affordable residential infill along the border of Balboa Park and Excelsior, San Francisco. Construction work started in October 2020, with crews on track to open the building by the Summer of next year. Bridge Housing is responsible for the development.
Remodeling and vertical addition have been proposed for a residential property at 371 Prospect Avenue in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a one-story vertical addition at an existing one-story garage at the front of the lot. New plans have been revealed for a residential infill at 129 Laidley Street in Fairmont, San Francisco. The project will replace the existing home with a modern home three times the size while retaining the low residential density. Winder Gibson Architects will manage the design.
Mission Rock Partners has officially launched construction for the China Basin Park with a groundbreaking ceremony on San Francisco’s Mission Bay waterfront. The park is one of Mission Rock’s most highly anticipated public assets, five acres of waterfront open space shaped by community input and designed by SCAPE Landscape Architecture. Mission Rock Partners is a joint venture with the Giants, the Port of San Francisco, and Tishman Speyer.
New plans have been filed for a mixed-use infill at 5420 Geary Boulevard in San Francisco’s Richmond District. The filing is preliminary as the applicant reviews with the city, with options to include between nine to eighteen homes on the narrow lot. Kerman Morris Architects is managing the design.
