Plans will be reviewed for new townhome-style condominiums at 444 Old San Francisco Road in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The city’s Planning Commission is scheduled to review the plans this coming Monday, which has been reduced from 19 rentals to eight condominiums. ZSD Architects is responsible for the design.
A project review meeting has been requested with plans to renovate the interiors of the San Francisco Armory at 1800 Mission Street in the Mission District. The proposal will leave the historic facade and site use unchanged while adding more equipment infrastructure in the Drill Court venue while creating a dedicated Jazz Club and VIP lounge in the support area. AJ Capital Partners is sponsoring the application.
New plans have been filed for a Bay Trail pedestrian bridge connecting the Potrero Power Station site with Warm Water Cove Park at 401 23rd Street, along the waterfront in Dogpatch, San Francisco. The plans designed by Groundworks Office will connect the mixed-use proposal with a small warehouse owned by Harrigan Weidenmuller Real Estate leased to Amazon. The plan will extend the ambitious waterfront trail envisioned by the Association of Bay Area Governments and Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
New plans have been presented to the SF Port to redevelop Piers 30 and 32 along the Embarcadero. The updated proposal reduces the space with a new focus on retail and recreation, including a market hall, kayak launch, and a more prominent floating pool barge. Strada Investment Group and Trammell Crow are responsible for the development.
Plans for the renovation of San Francisco’s Chinatown Public Health Center at 1490 Mason Street will be presented for the first time to the public on Monday, September 19th. The presentation by the city’s Public Works department will showcase a modernization of the facility above the Broadway tunnel while retaining the iconic bronze dragon relief sculpture.
