The Cupertino Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tonight for a 59-unit townhouse development at 20840 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, Santa Clara County. The proposal looks to add several dozen townhouse-style units to roughly three acres along the city’s primary thoroughfare. Summerhill Homes is the sponsor and project developer.
Preliminary plans have been filed for new housing at 19220 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, Santa Clara County. The pre-application invokes Senate Bill 330 to freeze local zoning regulations. The Hanover Company is listed as responsible for the application.
Increased plans have been shared for 788 San Antonio Road in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The proposal has now risen from four to eight floors, while the overall residential capacity has increased from 102 to 168 apartments. Grubb Properties is responsible for the project as the property owner.
The Palo Alto Planning Commission is scheduled to vote tomorrow to merge five parcels to facilitate the construction of over three hundred units at 3150 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The seven-story proposal is just one of several filed to form a dense new enclave south of the California Avenue Caltrain Station. Acclaim Properties and Stanford University are jointly responsible for the application.
