The city will review plans for the Senate Bill 330-filed application to construct several hundred homes close to the dense neighborhood across from California Avenue Station. Acclaim Companies is responsible for the application.
Affordable housing plans are moving for a corner lot at 334 San Antonio Road in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The property recently changed ownership for $10 million to CRP Affordable Housing. The team is now aiming to create a hundred units in an eight-story complex close to the San Antonio Caltrain Station.
Detailed plans have been shared for a new townhouse development at 1040-1060 East El Camino Real in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The proposal will replace the Bell Plaza shopping center along the commercial thoroughfare with 46 apartments. Los Angeles-based Balboa Retail Partners is responsible for the application.
Super Micro Computer has filed detailed plans for a new tech hub at 550 East Brokaw Road in north San Jose, Santa Clara County. The company first got involved with the property last October and purchased the site from Bay West Development this February for $80 million. The plans now will replace the former Fry’s Electronics store with an office and manufacturing complex.
The formal application has been submitted for a potential townhome redevelopment of 980 University Avenue in Los Gatos, Santa Clara County. The project invokes the Builder’s Remedy to bring several dozen units to the four-acre parcel just north of Vasona Lake County Park. Toll Brothers is the project developer.
