Story poles have been added to the site, outlining the structure that may create six new apartments and ground-floor retail along the busy commercial street. Edward C. Love Architects, a local firm, is responsible for the design.
Updated renderings have been shared ahead of the final design review follow-up for 1951 Shattuck Avenue, a 12-story mixed-use proposal for Downtown Berkeley. The Alameda County project would create 163 new rental units to the city in desperate need of high-density housing. Grosvenor America is responsible for the development as the property owner.

The project would increase the site density from a single-family unit to eight townhomes across the 0.44-acre site. Fahed Hbayeb Planning and Design is responsible for the project design.
Details about the multi-structure development at 1300 El Camino Real in Menlo Park, San Mateo County, has recently been released. This following a change in management in mid-2020. The project, now named the Springline Development, has been under construction since 2017, with most buildings topped out at present. The project will bring a large sum of residential, office, and retail use right beside the city’s transit hub. Presidio Bay Ventures is now responsible for the development.
