Updated permits have tweaked the numbers for the potential 22-story residential tower at 1101-1123 Sutter Street in San Francisco’s Lower Nob Hill neighborhood. The latest iteration shows a new design from David Baker Architects, with eight fewer units to comply with open space requirements. San Francisco-based Martin Building Company is responsible for the development.
New entitlement permits have been filed to construct several hundred apartments at 2433 Mariner Square Drive in Alameda, Alameda County. The plan would replace low-slung commercial buildings with an eight-story infill and provide future residents with views of Jack London Square and Downtown Oakland. The Martin Group is the project developer.

The San Mateo Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for a five-story mixed-use complex at 477 9th Avenue in San Mateo. The project is expected to create 120 apartments, offices, and parking close to the city center. The Martin Group is the project applicant and owner.
Updated plans will be reviewed tomorrow for an eight-story residential infill at 2538 Durant Avenue in Southside, Berkeley. The project will create 83 homes, including replacement housing for an existing structure near the UC Berkeley campus. Martin Group and Valiance Capital are sponsoring the proposal.
