The plan is set to be built on the site of the St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church, replacing half of the site with a six-story residential infill. Community Housing Development Corporation is responsible for the application.

Joshua Christian Church is the project sponsor, with plans to replace its existing church with a new religious facility below the apartments. Community Housing Development Corporation is the project developer.
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 625 Randolph Street in Napa. The project proposal includes the development of workforce housing for Napa’s First United Methodist Church, along with onsite parking, indoor gathering space, and outdoor play areas. Burbank Housing Development Corporation is the project developer. Van Meter Williams Pollack LLP is responsible for the designs.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 520 31st Street in Pill Hill, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering spaces for residential uses. For the project to be constructed, existing building will be demolished. Gunkel Architecture is responsible for the designs.
Updated plans have been filed for the 17-story mixed-use infill at 450 O’Farrell Street in the Tenderloin, San Francisco. The proposal has been adjusted since an appeal was upheld by the Board of Supervisors in late 2021. Forge Development Partners, the project applicant, has replaced the micro-unit style housing at the center of the appeal for traditional apartments and raised the project by four floors.
