Updated Plans for 3333 California Street, Laurel Heights, San Francisco

Proposed modifications to the redevelopment plan give minor alterations to the approved mixed-use project of 3333 California Street in Laurel Heights, San Francisco. The development will replace the existing UCSF Laurel Heights property with 752 new apartments, a quarter of which will be affordable housing, retail, and more. The changes expand Euclid Green’s public open space by not building one duplex townhome, modifications to the Presidio Steps, and an adjustment to the project tree count. Prado Group is the project developer.

Permits Filed For 1500 17th Street In Potrero Hill San Francisco

Development permits were submitted seeking the approval of a new sales center at 1500 17th Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The project proposal includes constructing a sales center for new construction at 88 Arkansas street project along with new interior non-structural tenant improvements like interior partitions and finishes on the ground floor of the existing four-story building
BAR Architects is managing the design concept and construction of the project.

Preliminary Project Application Files for 925 Bryant Street, SoMa, San Francisco

Development plans are under review for a 238-unit residential building at 925 Bryant Street, located in a developing southern corner of SoMa, San Francisco. The 85-foot structure is a group-housing development targeted towards younger residents. Carmel Partners is sponsoring the project for the San Francisco-based 1891 Market Street Associates LLC.

Plans Unveiled for Springline Development at 1300 El Camino Real, Menlo Park, San Mateo County

Details about the multi-structure development at 1300 El Camino Real in Menlo Park, San Mateo County, has recently been released. This following a change in management in mid-2020. The project, now named the Springline Development, has been under construction since 2017, with most buildings topped out at present. The project will bring a large sum of residential, office, and retail use right beside the city’s transit hub. Presidio Bay Ventures is now responsible for the development.

344 14th Street, 60-Unit Development, Files Permits, Mission District, San Francisco

New building permits are filed for the mid-density residential project at 344 14th Street, on the north edge of the Mission District, San Francisco. The seven-story apartment block will add sixty new homes to the neighborhood, along with ground-floor retail. California-based Manouch Moshayedi of MX3 Ventures is responsible for the development after purchasing the parcel in 2015 for nearly $5 million.

Construction Update for 137-Unit 830 Eddy Street, Fillmore District, San Francisco

Construction is quickly rising at 830 Eddy Street, a new residential high-rise in the Fillmore District. The thirteen-story structure is a development by BUILD, one of the most prolific developers in the city. Once complete, it will provide 137 new houses to a quickly-developing neighborhood.
