City Opens Permanently Affordable Housing at City Gardens, SoMa

The City of San Francisco has officially opened the 2021-built apartment complex as a permanently affordable supportive housing facility at 333 12th Street in SoMa. The project was developed by Panoramic Interests and grabbed headlines as the first in San Francisco to utilize the State Density Bonus program. The city purchased the development last summer, less than a year after opening.

Planning Department Approves 1150 Kifer Road in Sunnyvale

The Sunnyvale Planning Commission has recommended approval for plans to replace surface parking next to a two-story office complex with housing at 1150 Kifer Road by Lawrence Station. The eight-story proposal will add over two hundred apartments to a growing hub in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara along Kifer Road and around the Lawrence Caltrain Station. Prometheus Real Estate Group is the project applicant.
