Plans for two new homes have been filed for 201 Gellert Drive in Lakeshore, San Francisco. Construction would replace vacant land between Gellert Drive and Lake Merced Boulevard. Kotas/Pantaleoni Architects, a San Francisco-based office founded in 1981, will be responsible for the design.
A new application has been filed for a four-story residential infill at 5024-5030 3rd Street, located along the primary transit thoroughfare of Bayview, San Francisco. The project would increase the residential capacity of the lot from five to twelve apartments with a second building. Kotas Pantaleoni Architects is responsible for the design.
Plans are under review for a five-story mixed-use development in San Francisco’s Mission District neighborhood. The proposal would create 15 new apartments. Kotas Pantaleoni Architects is managing the project architecture.
Permits have been approved pending appeal for a six-story residential building at 3414 Andover Street in Pill Hill, Oakland. The development will replace a vacant single-family house with twenty new residences. Oakland-based DNZ Homes LLC is responsible for the development.
Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of constructing four single-family houses on project lots at 1230-1240 Twin Peaks Boulevard in Midtown Terrace, San Francisco. Permits have been filed separately for four houses. The project proposes to erect four Type V-A four-story residence with one basement. Three of the houses will have ADU units.
Kotas Pantaleoni Architects is managing the planning, design concept and construction of the project. Twin Peaks Boulevard is the applicant and property owner.
