Updated Plans and CEQA Filing Posted for The Greens at Pruneridge in Santa Clara

The CEQA filing was posted for a project to reconfigure the existing Pruneridge Golf Club property in Santa Clara and build a new five-story apartment building and 1.77-acre public park at 400 Saratoga Avenue. While holes 1, 2, and 3 are to be reconfigured in the property, no changes will be made to the existing driving range, clubhouse, and surface parking area for the golf course. In addition to the apartments, The plan will demolish an existing maintenance building and reconstruct a larger facility supported by a 4285-square-foot outdoor storage yard.

Plans have been approved for a six-story apartment complex at 4207 Broadway in Temescal, Oakland. The proposal has been winding through the city’s planning department for eight years with plans for over a hundred apartments and commercial space. Los Angeles-based CGI+ is the property owner.

The Palo Alto Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tomorrow for the seven-story apartment complex at 3150 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The city will review plans for the Senate Bill 330-filed application to construct several hundred homes close to the dense neighborhood across from California Avenue Station. Acclaim Companies is responsible for the application.

Celeste Apartments Completed in South San Francisco

Sares Regis Group has celebrated the full opening of Celeste, a 195-unit apartment complex at 401 Cypress Avenue in South San Francisco, San Mateo County. The eight-story complex is located close to the city’s Caltrain Station and has already leased almost half of all units. The project is the latest of a handful of new apartments increasing the density of the predominantly suburban city.

After nearly a year and a half of waiting, the City of Palo Alto has published the Draft Environmental Impact Report for a proposed four-story apartment infill at 660 University Avenue. With the Draft EIR published, the public will be able to provide comments to the city and the developer and proceed with the application.
