The unit count has been reduced for the project, but the apartments have gotten bigger to allow for larger households. J.S. Sullivan Development is responsible for the proposal.

The project’s unit capacity has been cut in half, from twenty to ten dwellings, while the housing style has been shifted from apartments to townhomes. Edward Storm of Storm Land Company is responsible for the project as property owner.

The plan is the first in San Francisco to use Assembly Bill 2011, a state law that went into effect at the beginning of this month, to streamline approval. Chris Foley of Ground Matrix is responsible for the application.
The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to review the site development permits proposal for the redevelopment of the former Fry’s Electronics property at 550 East Brokaw Road in North San Jose, Santa Clara County. The project would reshape a 19.7-acre property occupied by the box store and surface parking with almost two million square feet of office space and a public park. Bay West Development is responsible for the proposal, with architectural design by Gensler.
