A residential project proposed for development has received a substantial amount of financial support to reach completion at 1197 Lick Avenue in San Jose. The project proposal includes the construction of 569 residential units next to the Tamien train station. Two veteran real estate developers, The Core Cos. and Republic Urban Properties, are the project developers. Studio T Square is responsible for the designs.

A recent site visit by SFYIMBY has documented that construction is well underway for 70 and 76 North Winchester Boulevard, one of several structures that comprise Santa Clara Agrihood, a unique senior housing development with 361 dwelling units, retail, and urban farmland by Santa Clara’s border with San Jose. Core Companies, a real estate and construction firm, is responsible for the development.

Permits Filed for Senior Housing Townhouses in Santa Clara’s Agrihood Development

New building permits have been filed for three townhouse structures to be built at 1834 Worthington Circle as part of Santa Clara’s Agrihood showpiece development. The three buildings will contribute 36 new dwelling units as part of the multi-structure 361-unit project with an acre and a half of agricultural land. The development is a private-public partnership with the City of Santa Clara and Core Companies.
