New renderings have been revealed for residential development at 1065 South Winchester Boulevard in West San Jose. The six-story proposal, along with similar plans for 1073-1087 South Winchester, will create 131 new homes inside the Winchester Boulevard Urban Village Plan. Cord Associates is sponsoring the development.
Construction has topped out for 353 Main Street, a residential infill by the freeway in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The project aims to add over a hundred affordable homes to the city’s housing market. Santa Clara-based ROEM Corporation is responsible for the development.
New plans have been published for the redevelopment of the SRI International Campus at 333 Ravenswood Avenue in San Mateo County’s Menlo Park. The 63.22-acre project, named Parkline, will redevelopment the campus of SRI International. Founded as an extension of Stanford University, the research institute is most well-known for developing Siri. Lane Partners is the developer.
Construction has topped out, with facade installation starting at 1265 Borregas Avenue in Sunnyvale’s Moffett Park area. The project will open as the first mass timber office building in Google’s expansive Sunnyvale office campus. Michael Green Architecture is responsible for the design.
