Plans for two new homes have been filed for 201 Gellert Drive in Lakeshore, San Francisco. Construction would replace vacant land between Gellert Drive and Lake Merced Boulevard. Kotas/Pantaleoni Architects, a San Francisco-based office founded in 1981, will be responsible for the design.

The project would increase the residential capacity of the lot from five to twelve apartments with a second building. Kotas Pantaleoni Architects is responsible for the design.
