Alexandria Real Estate Equities has secured a future long-term headquarters for Eikon Therapeutics. The new HQ will be in the Millbrae Offices and Life Sciences campus, currently under construction across from the Millbrae Train Station. The company will be moving to San Mateo County from its current location in Hayward.
Plans for a new life science building at 210 Adrian Court in Millbrae is scheduled for review by the city’s planning commission on Monday, May 16th. A new rendering has been revealed for the six-story project, set to rise directly across from the nearby BART Station, end of the line in San Mateo County. Longfellow Real Estate Partners is responsible for the application.
The Sustainable Communities Environmental Assessment has been filed for 1100 El Camino Real, starting the public review period by the City of Millbrae, in San Mateo County. The mixed-use project aims to create 384 new homes and a new hotel a little over a mile away from BART, Caltrain, and SFO. Anton DevCo is the project developer.
New renderings have been revealed for the proposed life sciences campus in Millbrae, San Mateo County. The project will add over half a million square feet with space for over two thousand employees, across from the mixed-use Gateway at Millbrae Station development. Greystar is partnering with Alexandria Real Estate Equities, a major investor in biotech projects across the nation.
The City of Millbrae is considering extending approved permits for the proposed Moxy Hotel at 401 East Millbrae Avenue. The development would replace surface parking with 209 new guest rooms across from SFO in San Mateo County. The project, owned by Marriott, would rise next to two existing Marriott hotels, the Westin and the Aloft.
