In addition to a fun name synergy, the Freemont-based developer is planning to bring a significant amount of housing to Oakland’s San Pablo corridor. Architecture by Langston is responsible for the designs.
On Wednesday, the Oakland Planning Commission unanimously approved the voluntary merger and redevelopment of twelve legal lots in West Oakland. The project, designed by MSA Architecture + Design, would revamp the current AAA facility into a modernized hub.

Permits have been filed for a backyard townhouse development at 3261 Hollis Street in Clawson, West Oakland. The small-lot infill would replace a rear-lot garage with six new apartments. Colm Higgins and Pier Iberti et al. are listed as the property owners.
