The development, dubbed Signal House, would be the fifth townhome-style development by the abandoned station in Oakland’s Prescott neighborhood, this time adding 90 homes. City Ventures is the project developer.

The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use offering spaces for residential and retail uses. Plans call for the redevelopment of the existing single-story structure on the site.
