The development is expected to add 52 dwelling units to a quarter-acre lot between Guerrero Street and Valencia Street. Toboni Group is now the property owner and the project applicant.

The project will replace an alley-facing garage with a three-floor house along Lilac Street, half a block from the 24th Street Mission BART Station. A Texas-based individual is listed as the property owner.

ODC, formerly known as the Oberlin Dance Collective, is looking to create a new institutional center for the collective on the site of a recently acquired property next door to their 1979-built theater. JSRE Partners is responsible for the application.
The San Francisco Board of Supervisors is scheduled to vote on a potential loan for the affordable housing proposal at 2530 18th Street in the city’s Mission District. The scheduled item relates to a potential $6.9 million loan for the acquisition of the two-story commercial structure. Mercy Housing is the project developer, working alongside the existing tenant, the Homeless Prenatal Program resource center.
