The project proposal includes the development of a four-story mixed-use building offering residential and retail spaces along with onsite parking and amenities. The project site was previously developed with a 21,600 square foot shopping center that was damaged by a fire in 2016. De Anza Properties is the property owner. Dahlin Group is responsible for the design concepts. Guzzardo Partnership is the landscape architect.

The City of Santa Clara has scheduled a public review today for 950 Monroe Street, a mixed-use proposal less than ten minutes away from the Santa Clara University campus. The six-story building is expected to add 57 dwelling units and new ground-floor retail to the Santa Clara County housing market. Menlo Park-based Lamb Partners is responsible for the development.

New aerial imagery shows construction has topped out for the first residential structure in the Tasman East Specific Plan, Santa Clara. Demolition has also finished on two more substantial sites. Tasman East is a multi-developer multi-structure mixed-use masterplan with plans to build as many as 4,500 new residential units with newly-laid streets, over a hundred thousand square feet of retail, a grocery store, school, open space, and affordable housing.

Plans have been revealed for a 6-story hotel at 312 Brokaw Road, Santa Clara, sandwiched between Gateway Crossing and the San Jose International Airport. The project would add 396 new hotel guest rooms to the market, along with dining and event space. Within the building, 206 rooms will be under the Extended Stay brand, with 190 rooms for a limited services hotel brand.

The project proposal includes the development of a multi-family low-income housing apartment building with on-site parking. Plans call for the demolition of an existing single-story building and adjacent surface parking. Ensemble Real Estate Investments and Rethink Development are the project developers. Bar Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
