The lawsuit against the American River One development appears to be subsiding. The project could add 826 new apartments to 450 Bercut Drive on the northwest edge of the Southern Pacific neighborhood in Sacramento. Sacramento-based IM Investments is the project developer.
Formal permits have been filed for a 17-story high-density infill project at 550 O’Farrell Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The application could bring 140 apartments, including 16 units of affordable housing, a block and a half from the tallest hotel in the city. HGA is responsible for the application and design.
Decreased plans have been filed for the affordable residential project at 1523 Harrison Street in Downtown Oakland, Alameda County. The plans have been reduced by the Oakland-based developer oWow, shifting the 28-story mass-timber tower to become a 10-story affordable housing infill with 245 apartments.
Updated permits have been filed for the now-foreclosed project at 342-360 5th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The parcel has been a stalled pit in the ground since LEAP Development excavated the site in 2019. Paul Thompson of Novato-based Thompson Builders is now responsible for the application.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 3246 Kroy Way in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a new duplex residence. Build Casa California is listed as the project owner and applicant.
