The plans would repurpose an existing office space and create a new home for the non-profit Jewish Community Center of the East Bay, remaining in Alameda County. Equity Community Builders is responsible for the application.
Demolition crews have cleared a former two-story commercial building at 828 Brannan Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The plans, once to become a housing infill, will create a new two-story commercial office building designed by RMW Architecture. The Mill Valley-based S. Hekemian Group is responsible for the development as the property owner.
New permits have been approved for a ten-unit residential infill at 1031 62nd Street in North Oakland, Alameda County. The proposal will replace the backyard garage and garden with an eight-unit building and expand the existing structure into four units. Nathanial Klein is responsible for the application and design.

The proposal will build on a vacant parcel of land between an existing restaurant and a hotel. The local Half Dome Capital real estate investment firm is responsible for the development.
