The curtainwall-clad building showcases the design from one of the city’s most influential firms, Stanley Saitowitz Natoma Architects. Universal Electric Supply Company is the property owner, operating through 340-350 11th Street LLC.
The San Francisco Planning Department has approved rezoning Transbay Block 4 to conform with the 47-story proposal by Hines in SoMa. The 513-foot tower will exceed the 400-foot height limit for the parcel at 200 Main Street, creating 681 new homes, of which nearly half will be designated as affordable. Groundbreaking is expected by late 2023 or 2024.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 1354-1356 York Street in Mission District, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential building with total three units. Plans call for the demolition of the existing industrial building.

Vertical construction is expected imminently for an advanced six-story factory at 300 Kansas Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The proposal will create new R&D and Manufacturing facilities within a high-tech net-zero carbon building. The project is being developed by Spear Street Capital, headquartered in the city’s prominent Spear Towers.
