The pre-application has finally been filed for a 50-story mixed-use tower at 2700 Sloat Boulevard in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset District. New renderings have been published along with the release of the public review draft for 972 Elm Street, a residential villas project located just south of the Mineta San Jose International Airport. The project would increase the site density from a single-family unit to eight townhomes across the 0.44-acre site. Fahed Hbayeb Planning and Design is responsible for the project design.
