The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans today for a multi-structure life sciences/office campus at 1200-1340 Old Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The Peninsula Crossing proposal will create over 1.4 million square feet of commercial space and two ten-story garages. DivcoWest and Woodstock Development are jointly responsible for the project developer.
Permits have been filed for the residential development at 2660 and 2680 Bancroft Way in Southside, Berkeley. The updated plans will construct an eight-story apartment infill at 2660 Bancroft Way but have forgone additional housing to pursue an office conversion of the former Bancroft Hotel. The City of Santa Clara has approved the 21-story residential development at 5185 Lafayette Street in Tasman East, Santa Clara. The proposal will bring nearly two hundred condominiums in the burgeoning high-rise neighborhood close to Levi’s Stadium. San Francisco-based Ensemble Investments is the project developer.
