Preliminary planning documents have been submitted to the city for significant mixed-use development at 1325 East Julian Street in the Five Wounds Urban Village of San Jose. Named Via De Camila, the proposal is in the beginning stages, but early documents suggest between seven to eleven buildings with as many as 1,300 residential units. ROYGBIV Real Estate Development is responsible for the project.

Development permits have been filed for a 268-foot slender skyscraper at 19 North Second Street in downtown San Jose. This is the third time SF YIMBY is covering an Anderson Architects-design slender skyscraper in the Silicon Valley capital. Rising from a 9,375 square foot parcel, the structure will have a FAR of 1:19.7, making it one of the skinniest towers in the Bay Area.
Renderings have shown the 30-story tower expected to rise at 605 South 2nd Street in Downtown San Jose. The infill high rise will significantly contribute to the city skyline, as it would be just eight feet shorter than the tallest structure, MIRO. The sky-high structure will yield roughly 300,00 square feet split between residential and parking. Anderson Architects Inc. is responsible for the design.
Renderings have been released for a new 26-story tower to rise at 17 East Santa Clara Street, San Jose. Eterna Tower will be located on the same block as the future Downtown San Jose Bart station, making it a future-looking project in a regional movement to build more close to mass transit. Roygbiv Real Estate Development is the developer responsible for the project.
