The project would replace an existing two-story motel that was converted into affordable housing during the pandemic. Danco Group is responsible for the application.

The project proposal includes the conversion of an existing motel to a supportive housing community with onsite services. Demolition work is required on the site which will be processed under separate permits. Danco Communities is the project applicant. Coliseum Motel LLC is the property owner. DG Group Architects is responsible for the designs.
A recent real estate deal between a developer and Santa Clara County has moved forward with plans for a six-story affordable project at 777 West San Carlos Street in San Jose. The project will replace a low-rise property with 154 homes. Danco Group is the developer.
