Project review meetings are pending seeking the approval of a residential project proposed at 961-967 De Haro Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The project proposal includes residential developments and remodeling on two adjacent lots. Plans call for the development of two four-story residences. Kennerly Architecture & Planning is responsible for the design concepts.
Construction has topped out on the first new building in the Treasure Island redevelopment plan. The progress comes as San Francisco’s Mayor London Breed embarked on a boat ride from the Ferry Building to Treasure Island’s new passenger boat terminal last week, ahead of the January 2022 start of public ferry rides. Treasure Island’s roughly 8,000 unit redevelopment plan is led by Treasure Island Community Development (TICD), a partnership with Stockbridge Capital Group, Wilson Meany, and Lennar Corporation.
New details have been published for two 17-story apartment buildings and a new public park to replace the former Transbay Temporary Bus Terminal in SoMa, San Francisco. Transbay Block 2 and 3 represent two-thirds of the full-block property. The projects are overseen by the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure, i.e., the OCII.
Construction is underway for the five-structure mixed-use development at 1629 Market Street, on the western corner of SoMa, San Francisco. The project will create 579 new apartments across two construction phases along with retail and a new home for the UA Local 38 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Hall. Strada is the property owner and managing the development, operating through Strada Brady LLC.
New permits have been filed to approve bringing cranes to construct the five-structure mixed-use development 1629 Market Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The two-acre-wide project has already broken ground, with the site protected by composite wood fencing. San Francisco-based Strada Investment Group and the UA Local 38 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Hall have signed a development agreement, with Strada credited as the property owner.
