The proposal will replace a low-density commercial structure with 87 new apartments, including affordable units, for the Oakland housing market. TNP Real Estate Investments is responsible for the plan.

The project will replace existing industrial buildings and a vacant house with three structures and a detached community facility at 2420-2432 Chestnut Street and 2423 Linden Street in West Oakland, in walking distance from the De Fremery Park. The project proposal includes merging three lots into one and constructing 92 residential condominiums, ground floor amenity spaces, and private open spaces.

Development permits have been approved for new housing project at 3483 and 3491 Golden Gate Way in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The project proposes to demolish the existing apartment building spanning over 27,040 square feet and constructing a new four-story residential building with a subterranean parking garage, a public plaza, and a park. The construction will span across two parcels on the corner of First Street and Golden Gate Way.
