The development will create 1,075 new homes, a new public park connecting to the San Tomas Aquino Creek Trail, and ground-level retail. Greystar is responsible for the application.
Construction has wrapped up on Prism, a 13-story apartment building at 1028 Market Street in Mid-Market, San Francisco. The project has added 185 new homes to the city’s market, with interiors by IwamotoScott Architecture. The Olympic Residential Group and Tidewater Capital are responsible for the development.

Three demolition permits have been filed to make way for the construction of Kelsey Civic Center, a new eight-story affordable housing project at 234-240 Van Ness Avenue. The proposal will add 112 new residences and ground-level retail across from City Hall in San Francisco’s Civic Center neighborhood. Mercy Housing is the project developer.
