YIMBY has visited the rising neighborhood at Brooklyn Basin, positioned along Oakland’s Embarcadero waterfront. The update shows construction has topped out at Parcel J, and concrete is now rising for Parcel A Phase Two. As of now, there are 1,696 apartments complete or under construction out of an expected total of 3,700 units.
Oakland Planning Commission has scheduled a design review meeting for Brooklyn Basin Project in Oakland, Alameda County. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story senior housing complex. SRM Development is the developer for Parcel E.

The building will establish the corner lot in the expansive waterfront masterplan by Signature Development Group. SRM Development is the developer for Parcel E.
