Entitlement permits have been filed for 501 Mosley Avenue Block A, the first of several structures proposed in the North Housing Development Plan in Alameda. Block A will add 155 new apartments to the Alameda County housing market across two structures. The development team consists of a partnership with Alameda Housing Authority, Alameda Point Collaborative, and Building Futures.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 1777 Clement Avenue in Alameda. The project proposal includes the development of a multifamily residential project with amenities and parking space. Pacific Development is the project developer. BDE Architecture is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

Residential home builders Landsea Homes, announced today the acquisition of 182 homesites at the Alameda Marina master-planned community in Alameda, California. The project proposed at the site will offer townhomes for sale in two different neighborhoods. The city specifically designated Alameda Marina LLC for mixed-use redevelopment as well as multifamily housing.
Cypress Equity and Equity Residential have announced the residential launch of the AERO Apartments, located at 2000 Ardent Way in the Alameda Point Waterfront District. The development is part of a master plan which expects to draw $1 billion of development at the 68-acre former Naval Air Station in Alameda. Move-ins are expected by the second quarter of this year.
