The project proposal includes the construction of revamping the restaurant with an additional story. The restaurant is a part of the Stanford Shopping Center of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. Construction has started for the four-story affordable housing complex at 231 Grant Avenue in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The project will open 110 units for teachers, school district staff, and their families, including staff in Santa Clara County and several southern San Mateo County school districts. The project has been a joint venture between Abode Communities and Mercy Housing.

Builder’s Remedy Application Filed for 3150 El Camino Real, Palo Alto

Acclaim Companies has filed an alternative application for what is now a builder’s remedy-assisted plan to develop 3150 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The seven-story project, initially filed this June, aims to build 380 new homes on the 2.55-acre site. Communications with the city’s planning department show the developer is filing the second application in response to the department’s signal of disapproval for the increased housing.
