The project will be within the Miramar district, close to Roosevelt Beach. John Vidovich & Family is listed as the property owner, represented by Mark Massara.

The project’s unit capacity has been cut in half, from twenty to ten dwellings, while the housing style has been shifted from apartments to townhomes. The project will replace a smaller residential structure just a block and a half from the central University Avenue commercial thoroughfare. Hayes Group Architects are responsible for the design.

The latest filing uses Senate Bill 330 with the Builder’s Remedy to provide a better design, larger homes, but with four fewer than initially proposed. Peninsula Land & Capital is the project applicant.
