Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 2302 Calle Del Mundo in Tasman East, Santa Clara. The project proposal includes the development of a multi-family low-income housing apartment building with on-site parking. Permits Filed for Senior Housing Townhouses in Santa Clara’s Agrihood Development

New building permits have been filed for three townhouse structures to be built at 1834 Worthington Circle as part of Santa Clara’s Agrihood showpiece development. The three buildings will contribute 36 new dwelling units as part of the multi-structure 361-unit project with an acre and a half of agricultural land. The development is a private-public partnership with the City of Santa Clara and Core Companies.
