A new apartment complex has been proposed for development at 1150-1170 Kifer Road in Sunnyvale. The project proposal includes the construction of an eight-story building offering residential units and onsite parking. Two existing office buildings and a surface parking lot will be demolished for the project to proceed. Prometheus Real Estate Group is the project applicant and 1150 Kifer LP is the property owner.
FullStack Modular has announced that they have been tapped to construct the Treehouse Hotel in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. Plans are expected to start soon, with the production of modules starting in February of next year. The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors has voted to approve plans for 1178 Sonora Court, Sunnyvale, located in the Lawrence Station Area Plan. The seven-story proposal will create 176 units of affordable housing in an office-rich area of Santa Clara County with new housing coming online. MidPen Housing is the developer.

The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use townhouse community, redeveloping the western portion of the Fremont Corner shopping center. Plans call for subdivision of the parcel into five lots. The True Life Companies is the project applicant. Fremont Corners Inc is the property owner. SDG Architects is responsible for the design. R3 Studios is the landscape architect.
Construction is underway for 1175 Aster Avenue, a transit-oriented apartment complex in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The 412-unit building is within walking distance of Caltrain’s Lawrence Station, connecting riders from San Francisco through San Jose, as far south as Gilroy. Olympic Residential Group is responsible for the master plan, with design by Studio T Square.
