Plans have been published for a mixed-use development at 877 West Fremont Avenue in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The plans will create 110 townhome-style condominiums and a new three-story medical office building. Silver Lake Foothill LLC is listed as the project applicant.

A new apartment complex has been proposed for development at 1150-1170 Kifer Road in Sunnyvale. The project proposal includes the construction of an eight-story building offering residential units and onsite parking. Two existing office buildings and a surface parking lot will be demolished for the project to proceed. Prometheus Real Estate Group is the project applicant and 1150 Kifer LP is the property owner.

The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors has voted to approve plans for 1178 Sonora Court, Sunnyvale, located in the Lawrence Station Area Plan. The seven-story proposal will create 176 units of affordable housing in an office-rich area of Santa Clara County with new housing coming online. MidPen Housing is the developer.
