Development permits have been approved for constructing a single-family home at 4822 19th Street in Castro-Upper Market, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a two-story Type V-B residence with a basement. SIA Consulting Corp is managing the design concept and construction of the project.
Plans for building two single-family residences in the development of 3927, 3929, and 3931 19th Street are expected to have been approved by the Planning Commission in response to a Discretionary Review request. The added units on a low-density block in San Francisco’s Castro District would increase the combined residential offering from three to six. Dydx Realty Inc is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed to rebuild a residential building at 458 Castro Street, in the Castro District, San Francisco. The development will include minor increases in height and size and reintroduce two residential units into the neighborhood after the building caught fire earlier this year. Oakland-based Design Draw Build Inc. is the architect of record.
New building permits have been filed for a residential building at 237 Sanchez Street, by the Castro in Mission District, San Francisco. The development would demolish a single-family dwelling in the city to replace it with a four-story five-unit apartment infill.
Permits have been filed to demolish the existing structure at 4034 20th Street to make way for two duplex buildings. Located between Noe Street and Sanchez Street in San Francisco’s Castro, the residential expansion is found just four blocks away from the Castro Street commercial core and one block from the Mission Dolores Park. The project is owned and designed by Michael Harris of Michael Harris Architecture.
